Open Horizons RV, LLC ("Open Horizons RV," "we," "us," "our") operates a mobile RV inspection service throughout Central Florida and the Horizons360 software platform. By using our inspection service, this website, or the Horizons360 platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Open Horizons RV provides mobile RV inspection services, delivered on-site at the customer's location. All inspections are comprehensive 200+ point evaluations of RV systems and components, assessing condition at the time of service only. No inspection can guarantee the future condition, performance, or failure of any system or component.
We provide mobile service throughout Central Florida, including but not limited to Plant City, Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Lakeland, Valrico, Seffner, Wesley Chapel, and Orlando. Travel outside our standard service area may be subject to additional fees, confirmed at the time of scheduling.
Pricing is based on RV size and type as shown on our Pricing page, and is confirmed at the time of scheduling.
Appointments are reserved specifically for each customer. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Open Horizons RV is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects that could not reasonably be identified during a visual, non-invasive inspection. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the inspection service provided.
Horizons360 is a software platform for RV inspectors and RV companies to create inspections, manage customers, and deliver reports, and for their customers to view and pay for those reports.
Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Horizons360 account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Your Data. Inspection data, reports, and photos you create in Horizons360 belong to you or the company account that created them. We do not claim ownership of your inspection content.
Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
No Warranty. Horizons360 is provided "as is." While we work to keep the platform reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
App Store Terms. If you downloaded Horizons360 through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that platform's usage terms. Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement with respect to the iOS app and may enforce it against you.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate access to Horizons360 for violation of these terms. You may stop using Horizons360 and request account deletion at any time — see Delete Your Account.
The Open Horizons RV and Horizons360 names, logos, website, and software are the property of Open Horizons RV, LLC and may not be used without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Horizons RV, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our inspection service, this website, or the Horizons360 platform. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
