When you contact us or request an inspection, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, RV information, and service location details.
If you use Horizons360 as an inspector or company, we collect account information (name, email, company details), inspection data you create (templates, findings, notes), photos you upload, and your customers' contact information as entered by you.
If you receive a Horizons360 report link from an inspection company, we process the information needed to deliver and, where applicable, process payment for that report (such as your name, vehicle details, and payment status). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us directly.
We use this information to provide our inspection service and the Horizons360 platform, communicate with you about your service or account, process payments, deliver reports, and improve our operations. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, payment processing, and app infrastructure providers), or when required by law.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law (for example, certain financial records may be retained for accounting purposes). Horizons360 account holders can request deletion of their account and associated data — see our Delete Your Account page for instructions.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. You can also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Our website and app may link to or rely on third-party services such as Facebook, Google, app stores, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
