- Company name, address, business hours, website, and logo
- Technician profile details and role information
- RV inspection data: vehicle details, VIN, schedules, notes, and inspection results
- Photos and files you upload during inspections
- Report pricing and customer delivery status
- Subscription and payment status processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat
- Device permissions you grant, such as camera access for VIN scanning and photo library access for inspection images
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Horizons360
- Authenticate users and manage company and technician accounts
- Store, generate, and share inspection reports within your organization
- Process subscriptions and premium access
- Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates
- Maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse
We do not sell your personal information.
How Information Is Shared
Information is shared only as needed to provide the service:
- Within your company account between authorized admins and technicians
- With service providers that help us run the app (hosting, storage, payment processing, and analytics related to subscriptions)
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
When a company sends a report to a customer, the customer may receive a secure link to preview and pay for the report.
Data Storage and Security
Account data and inspection content are stored on secure servers. Some session information is stored locally on your device to keep you signed in.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
You may update profile and company information in the app. You may request account deletion or data access by contacting us.
You can manage camera and photo permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work if permissions are denied.
Data Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Children
Horizons360 is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Horizons360 after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
