Welcome to Open Horizons RV. By scheduling, requesting, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, safety, and clear expectations for both parties.
Open Horizons RV is a mobile RV inspection, diagnostic, and repair service operating throughout Central Florida. We specialize in RV inspections, maintenance, and on-site repair services delivered directly to customers.
We provide mobile services across Central Florida, including but not limited to Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, Daytona, and surrounding areas. Travel outside standard service areas may be subject to additional fees.
All inspections are comprehensive 200+ point evaluations of RV systems and components. Inspections are designed to assess condition at the time of service only. No inspection can guarantee the future condition, performance, or failure of any system or component.
Inspection pricing varies based on RV type, size, and complexity (motorized units, towables, toy haulers, etc.). Accurate pricing is provided after customer consultation and RV details are reviewed.
A $75 non-refundable service call fee is required before dispatch. This fee covers travel and diagnostic time and reserves the scheduled appointment window exclusively for the customer.
Standard labor is billed at $125 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. After the first hour, labor is billed in half-hour increments. This applies to all repair and diagnostic work unless otherwise stated as a flat-rate service.
All estimates are based on initial diagnostics. If additional issues are discovered during service, customers will be notified before any additional work is performed. No additional charges will be applied without customer approval.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay for completed services may result in collection efforts or additional fees.
Appointments are reserved specifically for each customer. Cancellations made after scheduling may result in forfeiture of the service call fee. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
Open Horizons RV is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or failures that occur after service is completed. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their RV and ensuring safe access to the unit at the time of service. Unsafe or hazardous conditions may result in service refusal.
Some repairs or diagnostics may require third-party services (such as fluid analysis or specialty testing). Open Horizons RV is not responsible for third-party pricing, delays, or outcomes.
While we perform thorough inspections and repairs, we do not guarantee against future failures or issues that may arise after service.
